Chevrolet Releases a Peek at the Refreshed 2014 Camaro [2013 New York Auto Show]
Chevrolet’s Camaro is due for a refresh, having been on the market since 2009, and it looks like it will get just that for 2014. The automaker officially announced that its muscle car will get a mild makeover, and that the updated model will debut at the 2013 New York auto show. To whet fans’ appetites for the new Camaro, Chevrolet also released a single photo of the car’s grille.
- Comparison Test: 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 vs. 2013 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500
- First Drive: 2013 Chevrolet Camaro SS 1LE
- Comparison Test: 2013 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Convertible vs. 2012 BMW M6 Convertible
While the teaser photo doesn’t reveal much of what to expect from the updated Camaro, the grille appears to be thinner and mounted more flush against the front fascia. The grille’s detailing is similar to that on the handsome 2014 Impala sedan. Here’s to hoping the LED taillights available on Europe-market Camaros make their way onto our refreshed model.
